Pearl Software's products are licensed to end users. All data collection and storage is the responsibility of the licensed users of its products.
Net Echo
By using Net Echo, you understand that Net Echo collects information about a user including device information (“user data”). User data includes, but is not limited to, personally identifiable information, financial and payment information, authentication information, phonebook, contacts, device location, SMS and call-related data, health data, inventory of other apps on the device, microphone, camera, files, photos, videos and screen activity and other sensitive device or usage data.
The use of user data is limited to law enforcement personnel and their designates to ensure user compliance with user supervision requirements. User data may also be used for legal reasons such as to comply with a valid governmental request or applicable law. User data is not used nor sold for advertising purposes.
All personal and sensitive user data is handled securely, including transmitting it using modern cryptography. The enrolling supervision agency is the legal owner of user data. User data is retained for a period that follows industry best practices and/or to comply with contractual and legal obligations. Net Echo runs continuously in the background.

Monitoring Services
By using our Monitoring Services, you also agree to accept our Monitoring Service's Privacy Policy, which comes into full effect at the time you contact the Monitoring Service for any reason or provide your personal information when you register with the Monitoring Service.
